I had a really nice experience at the hotel with its lovely onsen and beautiful mountain views. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. While the location is a bit remote and access isn't the easiest without prior arrangements, the complimentary shuttle service helps a lot. The buffet meals were decent, but the lack of immediate dining options during the day was a downside.

The service was commendable, especially with the shuttle service provided during the winter months. However, the access to the hotel can be a bit tricky, and the dining options, while decent, weren't anything special.
